Climateers is building a global network that acts as a targeted advertising network so we can connect your organisation with other stakeholders. It’s the same ‘freemium’ business model used by Google and Facebook (except we are VERY particular about protecting your privacy.) So you can stay free, or get preferential access to leads by upgrading to premium memberships and sponsorships. To reduce your risk, we give you a chance to secure an option to be a sponsor before you need to pay. That way you can see the momentum build as we create value for all of our stakeholders.

Submit your information to join Climateers as a founding member organisation (it’s free). Increase your exposure and help you unlock your benefits as a Food Waste Victoria stakeholder.
The submission form is divided into stages and you can save and resume later (an email link will be mailed). The earlier you act, the higher your ranking within the free listings.
Join our main Food Waste Victoria space on our community networking platform and be part of the conversations. Meet new people and keep updated on industry news, events and other content.
Once registered, it’s easy to contribute and browse and join other spaces.
Answer some short questions to have your say, so we can best help support your efforts and accelerate food waste reduction.
Once our local Food Waste Industry Report is compiled, we will send you the report including the high-resolution ecosystem map, industry findings and directory of stakeholders.
Stake your claim to be a sponsor. For each category (eg Food Waste Victoria or Composting Australia) we have 2 gold and 2 silver sponsorship positions.

Apply to join us for a 10-15 minute Zoom podcast conversation where you can promote your efforts, share your survey insights and get the word out about what you’re offering or need from the ecosystem.
We then edit and repurpose the video and audio recordings and provide you a copy. We can then each distribute them through our social media channels to gain more exposure and support.

As outlined below, we have a very innovative offer where these sponsorships (which are normally annual) include 2 years sponsorship and the funds can either be repaid or converted to company shares at the end of the 2 year period.

In early 2024 we will launch our Crowd Equity Funding campaign where people and organisations will be able to purchase shares in Climateers and receive a matching amount of membership/sponsorship credits. They can use these themselves or ‘pay them forward’ to their favourite Climate Organisation.
Ahead of this you can access an even better opportunity.
Climateers will be shortly approaching Angel Investors, Venture Capital Firms, Recruitment Firms and other professional services companies with an innovative investment offer:
- A 2 year convertible note, where for each $1000 invested as an unsecured loan paying 6% p.a. interest quarterly, the investor receives $1000 in sponsorship credits for each year the loan is maintained.
- At the end of the two year period they can either convert their loan to shares or have the loan repaid, and retain the benefits of the sponsorship credits as a bonus.
We are offering you the option to purchase the sponsorship outright and receive it for two years and still have credits at the end of the two years for the amount purchased. These credits can be used, gifted or on-sold.
Alternatively you can make the purchase as a convertible note loan, providing the opportunity after 2 years to convert the loan to shares or have the loan repaid.
